ART-TALK-ART:
Cultivating Wildness: Hollyhock
House

The Foundation for Art Resources (FAR) is pleased to introduce
the 2007 season of ART TALK ART, the longest running non-academic
speaker series in Los Angeles. This series, entitled Cultivating
Wildness, will consist of four panel discussions exploring
wildness and its relationship to the artist, art production,
architecture, and urban planning.
The series will premiere on Thursday, April 19th at 7:00PM
at Frank Lloyd Wright's Hollyhock
House in Hollywood. Featuring
a diverse range of viewpoints from artists Joyce Campbell,
Carmine Iannaccone, and Ryan Taber, it will be an evening
that explores art production as it relates to natural systems,
and the creativity of biological and geological production.
The lectures are designed to connect the site to the panel's
topic, the guest speakers, and the public. The event will
be free and open to the public, but due to space limitations
at this event, we ask guests to please RSVP by sending an
email to:
