FAR as a Resource Hub:
Developing FAR as an art and architecture information resource for events and services to the Los Angeles community.

online community @ | F.A.R | los angeles

Objective: To develop a resource that would benefit the LA art community.

There is no question that, relative to most cities in the world, Los Angeles possesses a substantial, diverse and active arts community. However, given the vast potential of existing resources and interested participants, do you believe that Los Angeles is as creative and vital an environment as it could be? With this one-hour discussion F.A.R. aims to produce more than just talk. In the context of LA's varied and prolific cultural offerings, MAK Day visitors and F.A.R members will hash out ideas together. As a result of this discussion, F.A.R. plans to develop at least one idea generated on MAK Day as a way to contribute a new resource to the creative communities of Los Angeles.
